We are a Rio de Janeiro, Brazil-based ... Our name, MotivaçãoColetiva, means group motivation, which is a play on the words "group buying" (or "compras coletivas" in Portuguese). We're developing a Web application to help small and medium-sized businesses in Brazil motivate their employees through a system of giving & receiving perks in the form of discounts to restaurants, gyms, and other merchants that employees ... We will partner with merchants and vendors that supply the perks, and our paying customers will be the small and medium-sized businesses, and their employees will be our ultimate ...

Again, we don't want our site to feel very "corporate". We need to appeal to small/medium businesses and merchants and appear trustworthy, but we also need to keep in mind that normal, everyday people (the employees), will be our ultimate end ...
