This was our first contest and was extremely important to us in getting our company logo designed. In less than 5 minutes, our contest was up and running and designs were coming in immediately. We did upgrade using the $99 promote your contest option and feel it was totally worth it. We had 117 designers submit over 660 designs. We cannot imagine another similar service that could give us so many designers working for us night and day for just $398. The process was seamless from start to finish. We called customer support on our second day for a quick question and received a call back very quickly from a knowledgeable representative. We will be running many more contests in the near future to assist in product designs. We strongly recommend 99designs without hesitation, one of best services on the internet!
