"I’m sorry to hear that you're disappointed. I always strive to deliver high-quality work and communicate transparently. In this case, I followed the original contest scope as outlined, delivered the open files, and later clarified with 99designs Support that the adaptation to multiple IngramSpark templates required additional work.
