2sides business an identity for a fresh Hotel "Löven Boutique Hotel" & a Bistro " Lasasgnerie Löven"

It's a 2 sided organisation, a Hotel & ... the Hotel would be called "Loven Boutique Hotel" and the Bistro "Lasagnerie Löven". The city boutique hotel is a tiny 3 room hotel in the city center of Leuven, ... Very modernist, clean design, mostly black & white, open bathrooms & toilets (currently named Casa Ra Toca in Leuven). The main part of the story, basically my Core business would be the ... (the hotel part of the business covers my fixed expenses and nothing more). the Restaurant however I would like to call that "Lasagnerie Löven"... Löven is a reference to the way the city "leuven" is pronounced, and should be easily pronouncable in french, english, german, dutch so internationally attractive, but is also a reference to one of the theories around the naming of the city, which should come from 'God Loven' (means "loving our god" or something like that). In the restaurant I'll be hosting both breakfast for the hotel and external ... but moreover and more ... I'm opening up a concept restaurant, basically i'm serving people from... AM to 6PM nothing but Lasagna'... (game lasagne, vegetarian, bolognese, fish ... whatever) this in a very contemporary, modern black & white setting, which also needs a logo that will make the name POP, i want to make the name stand out of everything, stick on the windows and I'd like some kind of Signature (... a giant L in a specific type or way that would be recognizable specifally to this ... for a website, i'm looking for a clean design, home page that clearly references both sides of the business (so basically 2 webpages i suppose that come down to the same page) and a contact form on both, a reservation thingy on both, a menu for the restaurant and pictures of the room for the hotel etc ...

is currently a B&B inside the building, technically it can't be called a B&B because the owner (me) wont live there, so i'm renaming it into a Boutique ... More specifically "Löven Boutique Hotel". It's very simple, it's a pretty expensive residence, in the city center so you target both the business people during high season and the tourists & city trippers in the low ... i'm looking for a single homepage for both sides of the company; 2 pictures on the home page; 1 for the Bistro & 1 for the Hotel with each logo seperately mentioned on there which leads to a seperate ...

The hotels page, i'd like to see a simple "tour of the hotel" - pictures & text about the rooms and the ... I'd like to see a contact page, a home page which shows opening hours etc ... and a reservation ... (linked to ... on the bistro's page, i want a home page, a contact page, a menu and photo'...
