Bring out the value of individuality ・Put these values into actions 　(Create⇒Make⇒Communicate☆Received) ■ Target Customer ・Leather products (Fashionable young females and males in their 20’s-30’s) ・Business support (Young artisans, designers, management) ・Young artisans in their 20’s-30’s. ■ Meaning of our Name TOIRO, or “十色” in Japanese, comes from the phrase, “十人十色” means “every person is different.” We want to showcase and sell the truly unique and beautiful products and services from a wide range of artisans to the world. Even people who work in the corporate world are different from others, and we want their individuality to contribute to the world. ーーー 当社は、新設の会社です。事業内容としては以下のとおりです。 ①ハンドメイドの革製品の製造販売（ブランドビジネス、EC、製造小売） ②クリエイター・ものづくり企業の支援事業（販売支援、財務支援等） ③アトリエ事業（レンタルギャラリー、レンタルフォトスタジオ） ■将来的な事業構想 ・現在は、革ベルトだけのプロダクトですが、将来的には、多くのクリエイターを巻きこんでプロダクトの幅（靴、服、雑貨）を広げて行きたいと考えています。 ・クリエイターがチャレンジできる環境を作り、世の中に彼らの個性を伝えていきたい。 【ビジョン】 　「個人が社会の中で個性を活かせる環境を作ること」 【経営方針】 　　働く人もクリエイターであること 　　遊ぶように働こう 　　個性を否定しない、価値を引き出すこと 　　生み出した価値をしっかり連動させること 　　（創る⇒作る⇒伝える⇒☆伝わる） ■顧客層 　・革製品（ファッション感度の高い２０～３０代男女） 　・支援事業（若手のクリエイター・デザイナー・経営者） 　　２０～３０歳代のクリエイターを対象としていく。 ■社名の意味 　TOIRO＝十色：十人十色という意味 　十人十色のクリエイターの個性を活かし、世の中に個性的で魅力的な商品・サービスを提供していくという意味を込めた。 　会社で働くひとも十人十色の個性を活かして事業に貢献してほしい。
