【美味しいお米文化を日本の食卓に取り戻そう。】をテーマに、 食べる事で栄養素だけではなく、「気力」まで養う事が出来て日本人の 精神性・霊性を高めるお米を食べる事『心を養う』事を目指しています。 その中でもご飯がすすむ美味しいおかずが簡単に作れる 「醤油」を開発しました。 通常の醤油に「昆布」や「魚介類」などのエキスを加えて 納豆・卵かけご飯・煮物等がとても美味しくなります。 これから、新しく会社立ち上げ上記のテーマに活動をしていきます。 安価で悪質な小麦食の普及により子供のアトピーが増えたり、 大人も食から「エネルギー」を養う事が出来ずに心を失っています。 そんな現状を「おいしいお米」を食べる事で 変えていく企業を目指しています。

真っ白背景に、筆・墨文字でシンプルに「いろは醤油」というデザインが希望しています。バガボンドの様な雰囲気です。 ただ、我々の活動テーマに則していれば当社では思いつかない様なアイデアでも嬉しいです。 アップルの様な洗練さと高級感を希望します。
