New logo wanted for Oftalmología Profesional

I´m an ophthalmologist specialized in laser surgery for patients wanting to get rid of glasses (lasik and intraocular lens surgery), and cataract surgery. Target audience is middle class and above who can pay for a moderate to expensive surgery. From working individuals to retired folks that have the money to pay for the surgeries.

I want something sophisticated and modern, but at the same time somewhat serious that transmits confidence. Something that abstractly in a subtle way shows that I´m an ophthalmologist, so the easy way is an eye, but I want it not an in your face eye, but subtle and abstract, maybe not even a real eye but something that in combination with the logo name, the person who sees it can associate it naturally and without thinking with an eye and ophthalmology. The first logo example I show is of an ophthalmologist´s logo (oftalmologico acosta), the logo is a simple yellowish/orange circle, that is a similar example of want I want, but a lot better, that logo would be kind of a very simple draft of what I want and that can be improved a lot.
