We are a residential real estate ... We have a 4-phase, approximately 1,... unit community we are building in Montreal called "Cité Midtown". We are half way through it and the condo market has collapsed so we are converting the second half to rental buildings and for this purpose we are introducing a "sub-brand" to be called "Quartier Est" ("East District"). We would like this to be an add-on to our core Cité Midtown brand (attached below), which is now well ...
