Our venture is a healthy convenience restaurant/take away using locally grown/produced ... We offer mainly, müesli, salads and soup created with the ingredients the client ... Target are all kind of (business) people to provide them healthy food prepared with love in a market garden/urban gardening but not kitschy atmosphere (indoor).

The name "Gärtnerei" means "market garden" - the place where vegetables, herbs and flowers are grown, planted by ... We wan't people to feel again a connection to where there food comes from - but in a subtle/stylish/homefeel ... We are open to very different designs from classical, to simple modern ones, ones with a picture or round ... Impress and inspire us!
