A tugboat is a smaller boat that helps the bigger boats through rough waters (which is a great metaphor for what our company does). Kelda provide an approachable JavaScript framework that greatly simplifies the configuration of applications that run in the cloud. We are targetting developers - both open source hobbyists and enterprises. We really want to come off as friendly and approachable, not techy, difficult, and complex.
