Es wird nebst der Ernährung auch der Mentalbereich, die Regeneration, Bewegung, Stress und das Immunsystem analysiert und bewusst durch Methoden und Ernährung verbessert. Zielgruppe Einzelsportler und Mannschaften

fitwerk konzentriert sich auf 3 Richtungen: 1) Coaching (Ernährungsberatung für jedermann) 2) Performance (Betreuung Spitzensportler) 3) Diagnostik (Laboranalyse und div. Messungen)
