Mimis Creperie îs a local is located in the heart of the city of Madrid. Surrounded by old and beautiful historic buildings. We open 17 years ago and we became known because of our fresh quality products and ideal location. When we opened we just have a variarity of crepes, but by now, we have breakfast and brunch. We just even added a take away zone divided by a sitting are, were we have table service. Internally, we call these two areas "Mimis to sit" and "Mimis to go". But we will need to leave this more clear for the clients, since most of the ones that buy in the take away zone, try to seat in the sitting area. For this, we had a previous idea to maybe call them "Mimis Creperie" as for the hole local and "The Mimis café", for the sitting area. But this was just an idea. The main focus in Mimis is to translate to new and old clients that the local has been there "forever" (the decoration is classic but with with modern neons), a safe place in the city where you should always count while you are in the center. As a safe place, we offer, Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, snack, dessert... The point is to be considered as an all day plan. Our clients, or the ones that we prefer, would be already around they're late 20´s and above, since they are the ones that appreciate both costumer service as the quality of our products. We think our logo needs to translate to all these things. Classic chic, all day quality fresh food. It needs to send a strong presence. We don't own a website, but we would need a basic one. For our new take away zone, the logo will need to work for the packaging

Im attaching the logo that we have already for 17 years.Its been a really fun logo, easy to manage, but we think it might need to be actualized with our new locals and vibe.
