Website and simple logo

We are looking to have a design and logo created for http://ultimatepokersearch.com/ as you can see we are not designers so we need your help!

This project can be broken down into 4 parts:

1 - the logo, we want something simple that will be instantly recognizable as a "search" site but without being to cliched, we used the magnifying glass as a place holder.

2 - the "search input area" this is where you check off what you are searching for, we are looking for a nice organized way to show this, maybe some colorful headers/icons to help out.

3 - the search results area, after you check off what you are looking for you can scroll down and search for it. We have a very basic set up now that shows all of the elements we want to see, small logo and some text basically.

4 - we also need a layout for the pages that will look like this -

- avoid overused web 2.0 elements.
