New website design wanted for DBL Solutions

DBL Solutions

We are web developers. We work on small to large websites for a varying range of clients. We specialise in a particular area called Media Monitoring. THis industry gathers news from print publications, boradcast media and the internet then delivers realtive content to their clients in a timely manner.
We have created and maintain portals to do this for our media monitoring clients.

http://www.revium.com.au - simple website in a similar industry. Like the content level pages in terms of layout.

http://www.people82.com/ - simple design and layout. Don't like the footer part of the site.

Home Page - to include a banner with non descript images, but not of people, in some feature in the centre of the page. The image will have some sort of tag line layed across it. This will be decided later.
There should be 3 feature items on the homepage to drive customers to specific content within the site. These areas are
Web Development
Media Monitoring
Web Hosting

Content Level Page - Similar layout to the home page but a smaller banner. Please allow for a sub navigation on the right or left hand side of the page template. This page will have text, image and link content.

Attached logo is not the best. We like the 'wave in the logo but we are not tied to the redish colour. We have used just the wave on a grey backgroup with a white colour and inverse.
We are happy to consider manipulations to the logo.
