Website design & logo refresh for an intl. charity organization

International Relief Teams

We are an international charity organization based in San Diego, California, USA. Our four-part mission is to alleviate human suffering by providing the following services:
-- Disaster Relief
-- Medical Training
-- Surgical & Clinical Outreach
-- Health Promotion & Disease Prevention

As you can see, our website is in serious need of a re-design.

Middle-aged American & European donors. These are people aged 35-75 who want to make a difference in the world, and give their precious time and money to help people in need.

1) Logo re-touch
Please freshen up our logo without fundamentally altering it. We want to keep the globe and peace dove, but want them to look like they were deigned in 2009, not 1980.

2) Website re-design
The winner of the contest will have designed:
A) A new home page for our site
B) An inner page used for detail pages, terms of service, photo gallery, etc.

We want a rotating photo banner at the top of the page (in the main column) with a photo for each of our four missions (see the "Tell us about yourself" section).
