Simpology is a software development company creating solutions for the mortgage banking and finance industry. We build great applications to save mortgage brokers time and money.

my.loanapp.com.au is a community support portal for mortgage brokers to manage their profiles and business information, mange their relationships with other businesses, participate in discussions and ideas, post questions or answer others questions, search users or businesses, create support requests... etc.
my.loanapp.com.au is a web portal to provide a central place for our customers (mortgage brokers, banks, etc) to interact with each other and get product support.
Requirements
Our portal must be unique and have a super clean, simple, fresh design that will enhance the users experience.
Look at the attached sample screen shots for functionality of some sections. You will see a little facebook and yahoo answers. WE DO NOT want a copy of these. We want something fresh and unique.
The page content must be 1000px wide and be centered. There must be an ad space 300px on the pages as in the screen shots.
Refer to the screen shots for functionality only. Design something nice!
