Our business has been around since 1992 but changing our name from Astarra Capital Limited to Trio Capital Limited.
We operate in the financial services industry so our competitors, in the range of services that we provide, include banks, investment managers, and superannuation providers.
When we had to come up with the new name we struggled to come up with a word that would communicate everything that we do. We need the word to be relatively strong and dependable as we are heavily regulated by several government bodies and our reputation rests on this.
On the other hand we are also a small enough company that we are more flexible and have been very successful with our innovative and tailored approach. So we also want something that says we are a little bit different and contemporary.
We have re-branded to Trio because we have three distinct areas of our business.
