Search Engine Design Contest - $1500 Prize!

We are a parking company. Our goal is to make our clients the most money out of their parked domains. One of the ways we do that is by running a search engine on some of our parked domains.

We are a parking company. Our goal is to make our clients the most money out of their parked domains. One of the ways we do that is by running a search engine on domains.

For this project we will require a search engine template design. Our search engine functions similar to Google, Yahoo, or others, and I’m looking for a design that is similar to theirs, but CLEANER, more ACCESSIBLE, and just BETTER.

What I’ll need is 2 pages designed. The home page (which contains the search box dead center), and a sub page, which contains the search results.

So here are examples of ones that come close to what I’d be looking for:

This template design will be used across many different domain names. So the design should be generic enough to work on everything. It can contain the following:

1. The domain name, title, and/or slogans
2. A generic looking logo
3. A very clean and accessible search box and button

Optionally, we can have links with related searches on the home page, like WebCrawler does. The results subpage would be the search box on top, with results in the middle.

WebCrawler and DogPile are great examples of what I am looking for in terms of content/accessibility.

The person that designs the cleanest and most accessible design will take the prize! Good luck! :)
