The QualityCircle is a complete solution for creating, managing and developing develop-ment plans for a person's skills and qualifications as well as for further development and certification measures in all areas of a company. From building knowledge in a company, to reviewing and developing necessary knowledge skills, to quickly understanding who has or should have which necessary qualifications and skills, everything is just a few clicks away. Thus, the company always has an overview of which qualifications and skills are scarce or even missing, or even which are in surplus. In addition, the QualityCircle offers all functionalities for the trainer and his students, so that he can organise his seminar professionally and issue the acquired skills to his partici-pants in the form of certificates. For the employee himself it is also a very comfortable so-lution, because all registered skills and obtained certificates and proofs can be verified online, securely and clearly via an app. Both the employee and the company are automati-cally reminded when a refresher is required. Qualification measures have never been so easily managed! The QualityCircle is based on the JuicEcommerce framework from IT-Kompass GmbH and thus uses the most innovative technologies currently available in the IT industry. This framework not only helps to provide highly efficient apps or complex enterprise platforms, it also provides completely new opportunities to reach and inspire existing and new tar-get groups.
The administration of employee qualifications is the focus and should already be visuali-zed in the header graphic. Only by using a slider and a sub-menu item should the possibi-lities offered by the training and participant app be addressed. The website should present a modern, emotional style. No playful elements, but always an understandable word / image combination and an assigned C2A. The software is about people and their qualifications. This should also appear in the visual language. In principle, not too much text should be included per page, but if necessary, links should be made to a "deeper" detail page. Blue (RGB: 22 / 76 / 124) is to be used as the main color. A suitable secondary color (for highlighting and for C2A elements still has to be defined. The website must be responsive - with a mobile-first approach.
The start page of the website should be clearly divided into 6 sections: 1. Header Navigation: Product | Solutions | Prices | Try QualityCircle for Free | Login | Contact Number 2. Teaser area: Compact benefit information with a strong, positive image and di-rect C2A ("Try QualityCircle for Free") 3. Advantage area: presentation of the main advantages always in the combinati-on picture and next to it very short explanation text with C2A link "See in detail 4. Trust area: Presentation of customers incl. short presentation of quotations or tasks performed 5. Partner area (only later): presentation of cooperation partners and their role 6. News section: Presentation of the 3 latest company news and studies; link to the detailed report 7. Footer: Link list: Company | Contact & Support | Privacy | Imprint
(1) Storyline • Many companies of all sizes manage the qualifications (skills) of their employees or customers via lists, Excel tables or systems not designed for this purpose. • As a result, the trainer's or training provider's administrative information often dif-fers completely from the participant's sources. • Companies often know only superficially the skills and know-how of their employees and are nowhere documented in writing. • The administration and planning of trainings and the management of sills and qua-lifications of your employees is very often done manually. • This is associated with legal risks, as not all employee qualifications are clearly, completely and sustainably tracked. • This leads to gaps in occupational safety, high costs, lower employee motivation and difficulties in connection with data protection. All of these can have extreme consequences. • In extreme cases, this can result in liability problems for the management and all executives. • There are also gaps in know-how in case of absence due to illness or change of employer. • QualityCircle starts at these weak points. In one system it is possible to create cur-ricula and training plans, to manage appointments and to store and document the qualifications of each employee and participant in a complete, forgery-proof way. • Because the entire application is in the cloud, training participants also access the same data and receive immediate information when training dates change. • Thus, the release or blocking of qualifications is also possible immediately and in real time (thanks to block chain), which legally protects safety and protection against possible accidents. • This increases the efficiency of further training measures and provides more time and motivation for all those involved. • Managing qualifications and skills also increases motivation when they are availab-le and usable in real time and give a person direct access to authorizations and ski-lls. • The software can also take up results from third-party applications via APIs.
