Meditation is the process of quieting your mind to spend time in stillness and tranquility. The goal of meditating is to attain an inner state of awareness, which will make you in harmony with all life. Science proved that meditation enhances focus and awareness, reduce stress, and eliminate depression and anxiety in the long run. Quite your mind and your soul will speak.
Yoga is usually defined as a union, union between the limited self and the limitless self. At the physical level, the goal of yoga is to harmonize the different functions of organs, muscles, and nerves so that they flow in agreement with ourselves and life. At the mental level, the goal of yoga is to achieve equanimity. With the union of body and mind, a person is more capable of realizing oneself and living a life of eternal peace. “Yoga exists because everything is linked.” - Desikashar
Deep conscious breathing lowers your blood pressure, calms your heart rate, and aid in your digestion too. Changing the way you breathe appears to send a signal to the brain to adjust the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest system). Also, breathing is known to release emotional blockages in your body. It cleans the stress and emotional build up. Breathe for strength and healing.

- THEN we send confirmation to customer if approved and sign-up sheet. Then we send payment portal.
• Present the schedule in list form. With each point there will be a date, a brief description of the event and a book now tab
