What we are looking for is a designer to overhaul the web page design.

In particular,

1) We *love* our original logo but don't like the way it has been converted onto the home page.

2)We would also like the website to be one column rather than the current two. It feels too cluttered now.

3) Certain elements can be removed such as "Sign up/Log in" box on the top left, and the "Latest/Featured/Saved Jobs" at the bottom.

Elements we have to keep are the:

i) Sign Up / Log In links
ii) Quick Search box
iii) Main Nav Bar
iv) Hot Categories (to be renamed Job Categories)
v) Featured Companies and Featured Agencies (we want this to be more prominent than now).

Feel free to change both photos.

Designers, please give us your creativity and input! Would love to see your suggestions.

Note that this is a financial job site, as such, the feel must be somewhat serious and professional - and cannot be too funky.
