We are looking to spruce up our existing website http://RAcapitalmanagement.com with a new cutting edge look. What does this mean? Content and pages will stay the same, but color and look we would like completely changed.

1) navigation will consist of following pages: Our Services, Investment Strategy, Financial Planning, Private Equity, and Contact Us. Would would like for this to be horizontal in display.

2) The width of the layout should be either 900px, 960px or 980px, whichever you think works best. We're leaning towards 960px.

3) the homepage should be very similar to UBS.com, with a center block pointing to 5 different sections on the website. Instead of using the animation that they have, we'll probably use a fisheye javascript effect similar to this, with much bigger icons/blocks: http://www.ndesign-studio.com/demo/…-dock.html

4) we want to change the logo, but don't need an icon, meaning the logo should just be a strong, unique fonts (like Trajan for example or similar) and match the overall look of the site.

Please also use http://ubs.com as a model with regard to design and creative ideas. Please do not use any of the existing stock photos from our current site. We are going for a new look and would like new ones.

Deliverables should include a layered PSD (photoshop) or layered PNG (fireworks).
