AaronDragushan needed a new web page design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 63 designs submitted by 10 freelance designers.
FastCustomer
We want to change how customer service happens, because right now it's miserable!
You call the company, navigate to the department you want and then wait on hold while they play bad music or ads. We want to change it so you tell us who you want to talk to (eg. Verizon, in the billing dept) and we'll have them call you.
You can see it at http://www.fastcustomer.com/
Summary: Next time you need customer support, we'll have them call you.
(It's working, feel free to try it by the way!)
NOTE: Please don't wait until the end of the contest to submit your design, when there isn't time to work with you on it!
We think our target audience is probably adults over 25, especially women since they handle more customer service calls than men, according to our surveys.
Colors: Whites and blues. Light feeling. No blacks or big "heavy" areas.
The site needs to convey:
* That it's safe to put your phone number in here. ("We don't share your number with anyone")
* That you can try it without talking to a real customer service person.
* That you should download our iPhone or Android app.
* That you should join our newsletter for updates from us.

This is the Homepage of the site.
Includes:
1. Form for making a call
1.b. A way to say "make a test call" so people don't have to call an operator if they don't need one right now. (See attached image)
2. Links to Blog, About, Privacy, FAQ, Contact, Press
3. Our logo (can be smaller!) File is uploaded to 99Designs.
4. Logos from big companies our system works with: AT&T, Verizon, Bank of America, Visa, Mastercard, Comcast, Best Buy
5. Twitter button, and the Large format Facebook "likes" button (see attached screenshot)
6. An place to put mentions in the press. "Amazing concept, worth a try. -- New York Times" That sort of thing.
7. Possibly: a custom comic explaining what we do.
8. A line of text telling people "Your phone number is never shared."
Please note: It's not important to include all the text we have now explaining what we do. We'd prefer to explain it more visually, and make the site simpler.
