Design brand new website for a long-term electric scooter rental start-up in Norway

We are a start-up that offers long-term rental of electrical mopeds in Norway and we need a website. Our target audience is divided into two vehicle categories: 1. Regular el-mopeds, mostly targeting teenagers and young adults age 15-25 2. Cargo el-mopeds, targeting foodora.no and Wolt.com couriers and businesses using Just-eat.no (Rent to drive for Foodora and Wolt)

The website should be modern, easy to navigate It should look legitimate and reliable. We can translate website our self.

1. Homepage Here i think the focus should be to showcase the two vehicle options and benefit to customer. And then make the customer choose a path (call to action). Vehicle page 1 and 2 The call to action leads customer to this page with extended information about features, benefits, price and other useful info. Customer chooses rental length and fills out personal information and payment method/info. Vehicle page (delivery) The other path leads to this page. Pretty much the same except different features, benefits.

We do not have any restrictions or guidelines for colors or themes.

Our target audience use both mobile and desktop, so design needs to demonstrate it is responsive. See attached brief for more information.
