Not much info about the agent but lots of info for prospects ( Community info, weather,blogs, market report) http://www.meadowscastlerock.com/ - I feel like I am in the community (nice 3d effects?) – like the social networking links http://www.bellingham-realestate.net/ - I love the layout of this site – Love the colors and how I wont fall asleep at this site http://utah.blueroof.com/site/search.php? – I like the maps (buyers can pinpoint exactly where they want to live) –
1) Home Page (The Call to Action Page) – See attached wireframe. - Company Logo - Contact Me Sign or Button - Clear/Easy Navigation: Buy, Sell, … - Link to Social networks - Display of some house listings - Sharp image with bright colors - Sign-up form - Events section: this will include a quick view of what’s happening in the community - News/What’s hot section: perhaps a twitter feed - About the Realtor section: bio of selected realtor - Footer with company info 2) Content Pages: - Carry the navigation over to each content page - Include the Contact Me sign or button - Content pages will include: o listings page ( where picture and details of house will be displayed ) o Seller – Market Snapshot lead form plus general info about getting your home ready to list o Buyer – General info about the buying process – Steps involved in being a homeowner - neighborhood information (break out neighborhoods) and current events in the neighborhood, o Mortgage info – Update it with the most recent rates, etc.. and give list of items to bring with you when meeting with a lender o About ME – Testimonials from past clients, blurb about my experience o “Mini” Blog – include 365 things to do in Kenosha / Racine County (Subpage)
The winning design will be exciting with a bright, colorful image. It should invite prospective clients to explore more and sign up with me. Typical audience members are those looking to buy or sell: - first-time home buyers: newlyweds, people who just had a family - relocaters: people relocating from another area - elderly: those who are looking to downsize - expanders: those who had additions to their family and need to buy a bigger place
