We are starting a small t-shirt line in a niche market and we needed a logo. Mr RZA was very professional, patient and courteous and helped us all the way through. I recommend him in your future endeavors. It was a pleasure.
Was very pleased with the design. Designer came up with unexpected but great ideas that really expressed the breif.

Denver Frugalist (http://www.denverfrugalist.com) is a soon-to-be blog designed to help readers find fun, cheap, and free activities for adults and families in the Denver metro area. As the blog matures it may develop more of a personal finance theme. The tagline for the blog is “Live Better. Spend Less.” This contest will select the logo/image that will be the main focus of the branding for this site.

Design Goal: Denver Frugalist needs a logo for the wordpress website as well as various other places where the brand might appear, such as twitter and facebook.
Tagline: “Live Better. Spend Less” The tagline should be incorporated into the logo, though it should be small and unassuming compared to the logo and name.
Guidelines: I want a logo that is: 1) the name Denver Frugalist 2) easy to read yet exhibits a ‘fun’ attitude 3) something classic that will stand the test of time. As for colors, my initial preference is for something that uses some shade of dark green, but I’m open to considering other ideas. I’m also willing to consider the incorporation of the $ into the name (ie the ‘s’ in Frugalist’) but I’m not sure if that is what I ultimately want.
I’m including a few samples of fonts from concert posters that I like. This should help provide an idea of what kind of style I’m looking for.
I can be persuaded to like something else if I see it, but starting with these will be good.
The logo/name should look good in color, white (on color background), and black. The ultimate logo for the web needs to be lightweight to minimize page load time.
