My preference is for an Art Deco style, though I leave it to you whether that style has the flavor of Manhattan architecture (strong, complex geometric shapes in gold and or silver over black) Miami architecture (more curves, pastel shades and neon lights) or poster art (which might look particularly stunning for the social media banner).
I would like:
1. A simple logo that I can use as a watermark on photos. It should feature the company initials "BN" prominently in the design and be legible against both light and dark backgrounds.
2. A design suitable for use as a favicon for the website this might also serve as a profile image on social media. This could be the company initials or something like a female form or silhouette in Art Deco style.
3. A banner for Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. It can either be similar to the website logo, that is to say a relatively complex design that can stand on it's own or it could be a design that incorporates a lot of transparency so that it can be layered over and create a frame around a photograph. All logos need to clearly be related, same fonts and design elements to create a consistent brand.
The contest seems to limit me to asking for only one logo but if you have ideas for a more complex logo for the website, featuring the full company name "Belle Nue Photography" I'm also interested in that. My idea would be that the words "Belle Nue" and "Photography" could be separated by a design element or incorporated into a poster like design along with a female figure (again in Art Deco style).
