This designer was initially very responsive and creative offering multiple variants across several designs. However in the final stages there were challenges in communications (language barrier I suspect) and hence the subtler refinements were hard work to achieve.
Unfortunately the whole experience was tarnished by the designer not posting editable versions of final files. 99 designs had to do them via another designer but only after several weeks of me chasing.
A unecessary and dissappointing conclusion which caused my business plans several weeks of delay.
