- clean and easy to use layout
- UI is uncluttered and simple
- desktop oriented: it can be easily adapted to different screen sizes (responsive layout)

Main navigation elements are: 1) "your matches"; 2) "your profile". It would be a cool UI element if make them in so-called carousel concept, with animation.

In "your profile" page I've put there basic info with relative content, + I guess it would be good for you to capture user's emails etc.

Also on the "your matches" page, where all matches are listed, there are filter options to better sort & view those matches.

On the somebody's profile page, right after Tinder info, there are user's actions "ratings" and "notes", where any necessary for user information about his match can be written & saved or edited.
