I have designed a logo based on the 'rustic, yet modern' style as suggested. The logo has a textured element, similar to the grain in woods.

The colours I have used (khaki and brown) are strong and masculine and depict the DIY vibe of the business, as well as a reference back to nature (where the wood is sourced).

The icon can be used for profile thumbnails, social media etc, or wherever the full logo may not fit.
