The name Cedar Flats comes from their original name of their home base town, Dunsmuir. It was the first name. So it’s a historical reference for process of this logo , usingh line art style i include Castle Crags and Mt Shasta on this logo.
i also add compass element and map coordinate to represent their company field and experty. Strong and confident logo. : )
