Mood Magic - Chocolate Adaptogenic Superfoods
Description of the product
Mood Magic is a line of chocolate covered bites made with organic single origin chocolate and medicinal doses of adaptogenic herbs. Three distinct formulas are paired with a custom blend of adaptogenic herbs designed to give you a quick delicious way to to set your mood. 1) Glow, a sweet and sour dried Inca berry combined with reishi, chaga, and maca for balanced focus and a subtle mood boost 2) Sooth, a Tibetian goji berry harvested with molasses notes paired with rhodiola rosea, + rose hips, and tumeric to effortlessly ease your mind and body, and recenter yourself after a long day 3) Shine and energizing lightly roasted coffee bean mixed with a high dose of dandelion root and ashwagandha for a quick mood boost anytime.
Description of the product target audience
An urban explorer. Someone who has a career passion, is up for an adventure and knows how to bring good vibes to any situation. They likely do yoga daily, and get a little witchy on the weekends with their friends like light tarot. They believe it's important to know what you put into your body, and probably have a wellness routine. We are working to create a community of socially connected people who seek to be changemakers and culture builders both seeking to share their knowledge and learn from each other. This person knows they have magic inside but sometimes can use a little help from a product like ours to remind them to unlock it.
We're designing a label for a sophisticated, delicious, chocolate wellness supplement that comes in three mood formulas or "flavors". You're designing one label style of three mood variations for an amber glass jar with a black lid. The product needs to state the brand and the product while clearly and quickly showing a customer how it's going to make them feel so people can shop by effect. We imagine people buying all three and using them in different moments throughout the day or week. The label should feel inviting, and magical, but sophisticated. This is a product that takes immense skill to craft, has truly high quality ethically sourced ingredients and has a detectable effect from the medicinal dose of adaptogen herbs. This is to set a mood, create space, open up, and Mood Magic should be enjoyed as a daily treat and special "you" moment, but it should also be fun and light hearted. We want people's curiosity piqued "what's that?!" But then to instantly get it when they pick up the jar. Label Front: Logo, Descriptor "Chocolate adaptogenic wellness", Mood Formula Name ( 1) Glow, 2) Sooth 3) Shine ), name potentially other info to guide a shopper. Label Side A) Should include space for romance copy including some quick benefits bullet points or wellness tips, social handles Label Side B) Should have space for ingredients, FDA warning statements, a barcode and manufacturing contact info This is all about creating a daily wellness routine and using whole plant medicine to help curate your mood whether it be to shine a little brighter and get a little more into your body and chill.
What to avoid
We have a cannabis line of products and I've uploaded examples here. The products will come from the same brand "somatik" and have the same social goals, but can and should have a different enough vibe and tone that a customer could not accidentally confuse the medicated line for the adaptogenic line. So use these photos as a reference for what we are doing now, but know we are looking for something different, fun, with more magic and mood.
