Marando Farms & Ranch
Farm Direct Coffee
Description of the product
Our Direct-Trade, Single-Origin coffees are purchased directly from farmers in Colombia. These artisan farmers take pride in harvesting some of the world's most delicious Arabica coffee beans, high up in the Andes mountains of South America. We then process and roast these beans to flavor perfection by highlighting all of the singular characteristics within each coffee bean. By purchasing our coffees directly from artisan farmers, we eliminate middle-men and transfer a greater share of our sales to them and their families, improving their standards of living and contributing to the small-farm coffee culture in Colombia.
Description of the product target audience
Our product is intended for those who enjoy brewing a good cup of coffee at home. This 12 oz bag of coffee will be sold at the Marando Farms & Ranch market, located in Davie, Florida. The package should communicate the artisan origin of the product, while also highlighting the special attributes of specialty coffee; purchased directly from Colombian farmers, from a Single-Origin (farm) and roasted by professionals to flavor perfection
This label design is for a private label brand of coffee that will be sold in Marando Farms & Ranch, located in Davie, Florida. The label dimensions specified are to cover the coffee bag from front to back, as it can be seen in the attached photos The bag colors that we have available can be seen in the attached photos (Black, White, Silver, Craft Brown). In the FRONT, we would like to see information that will capture the attention on the customers as the product sits on the shelf. The product is Farm Direct Coffee, purchased directly from artisan farmers, 100% Colombian. The front should contain the Marando Ranch Logo, Net Wt. 12 oz. (343gr), and any other information the designer considers fit for a product that will be sitting on the shelf of a market such as Marando. Toward the top of the bag, which is roughly halfway of the label, we would like to see a guided dashed line where customers are required to cut the label to be able to open the bag. Near this dashed line where the customer will cut open the bag, we would like an inspirational message to invite the customer to smell the fresh Colombian coffee they are about to open. On the back of the label, we would like to see more inspirational information about the product where customers can read a bit more about why they should buy our coffee, how we specialize in delivering a top quality product, and what the features of the coffee are. Lastly, toward the bottom part of the bag, we would like to include the Seller Information: Marando Farms & Ranch - 5151 SW 64th Avenue Davie, FL 33314 - 954.945.5744 - AND the necessary information and SMALL logo of the Distributor: Distributed by Coffeesubscribe.com, LLC - 7400 NW 7 ST, Miami, FL 33126 (logo can be found attached in the brief). At the bottom end, please leave a space for a UPC barcode, we will provide this image later on in the process.
75mm (wide) x 310 mm (Tall) - The label to be designed is intended to cover a bag of coffee from the front to the back, similar to the attached photos, but covering most of the front and back areas. The idea is to design a label which will sort of seal the top part of the bag so that customers are required to cut the label on the top part of the bag in order to be able to open it. A "guided cut dash-line" would be good to show customers where they must cut to open.
