The Regency Banquet and Conference Center
The Regency Banquet and Conference Center is located inside the 150 room Comfort Inn & Suites. Our catering facility can accommodate groups up to 200 guests for a full service wedding from cocktail hour and reception to an after wedding breakfast the following morning if they desire.
Brides living in the area looking for a one stop shop for their wedding needs. Our accommodations can host the rehearsal dinner, ceremony (up to 100 guests), cocktail hour and reception. The following morning some brides choose to host a after wedding breakfast.
This is an existing market however we want this ad to really speak to the bride that our facility is one stop shopping with the benefit for all guests to take the elevator home.
The benefit to our guests is the ability to host your reception (and sometimes ceremonies) and have your guests "take the elevator home". With the rising trend of not wanting guests to drive after drinking it is our goal to drive home this benefit to our guests.
We are not providing transportation for the guests because there is no need to travel. The ad should make creative mention that the guest does not need to pay for additional limos and busses. Additionally, no rain or snow date needed. All facilities under one roof.
The hotel features deluxe bridal suites complete with a full kitchen and jacuzzi. Complimentary Honeymoon suite for all weddings hosted at the hotel.
The goal is for this to be a 1/2 page ad - measurements US are 3.75" x 5 ". For future use please also provide a 5" x 5" ; 8.5" x 11" and a 24" x 36".
It is important to have the ad in jpef, pdf and eps for final use. HOWEVER - from time to time our printers have to make minor edits to fonts, colors and placement of text. Please be sure to send an additional file that is not flattened and the layers can be manipulated. This should be separate from the final files so that we have print ready and editable.
