We are a company that provides voice applications for small to medium sized companies. We provide virtual TollFree and Local numbers that can be forwarded to any phone. These numbers can be used for ad tracking and call recordings. We also provide many web based voice application such as click to talk and click to call. While our website does not do a good job at communicating our vision we are hoping this flyer will. We make the complex simple and easy to use and understand. We want to come across as professional, but not overly technical.

The target audience for this flyer is Real Estate agents and brokers. They are mostly women over 40. They are usually not very technical and most are not college educated. They do understand value and we will need to communicate the value proposition of our offering clearly and concisely and most important of all, visually.
This flyer will be used as a handout at an upcoming trade show. We hope to depict two product offerings as detailed below.
Ad Tracking - We can provide multiple phone numbers that can each be used in a different advertisement. When used in this manner a Realtor is able to determine which advertising source is generating the most calls. This helps them direct their marketing spend towards the sources that give them the most business. All of our numbers have built in call recording. This is very handy in the hectic world of real estate. A Realtor can take a call while driving and fully qualify a prospect while comfortable in the knowledge that they can listen to the recording at their leisure to extract useful information. Brokers can review agents conversations as a training and quality assurance tool.
Web Lead Delivery - When a website visitor fills out a form on a website, the form is usually emailed to the website owner or dedicated "internet" person. We take the form information and deliver it to the agent by phone within 10 seconds of the form being submitted. The form information is converted from text to speech and read to the agent, giving them the option to connect to the prospect right then or schedule the call for later. If they connect they are talking to the prospect in less than 30 seconds while they are still on the website.
