We want to have an 8.5" x 5.5" postcard cover designed that will promote the use of our TDL (Transportation, Delivery, Warehousing) website; the postcard should provide a .125" bleed.
TDL is an important part of the United States economy, and one that continues to grow as companies seek to build new warehouse facilities to improve the efficiency of their merchandise handling systems. Because warehousing and logistics sites are usually located very close to interstate highways, we have developed a special website that promotes land that is available for sale close to the interstates in our area. This website also includes an online tool that allows companies to get estimates of shipping costs, so that they can determine the most efficienct locations for building new facilities. This postcard will be mailed to those individuals who have a hand in making decisions about where to locate new TDL facilities.
Wording on the postcard should include statements such as:

Examples of possible illustrations or background are provided in the attached screen captures taken from the website. Other suitable illustrations of your choosing are welcome for consideration.
We already have a template we will use for the mailing side of the postcard, so the designer is responsible only for creating one side of the postcard to provide information about the website.
