Travel Health iPhone app needs graphic ad for App Store

We are WaKi Apps, an iPhone development company focussing on innovative medical applications for the iPhone and iPad.

Our iPhone app "Travel Health" will be featured on the Apple iTunes App Store's front page. The app is a resource that helps travellers look after their health while they're overseas.

Please refer to the front page of iTunes for examples of graphic ads for the featured apps which are larger than the regular icons and in a landscape orientation.

This particular graphic ad would be targeting the younger backpacking/adventure travellers rather than older business travellers. Think "Lonely Planet" type of traveller.

We require a new graphic loosely based on the app icon elements of the earth and the red cross, but also requires the text "Travel Health" within the graphic. Eg. this is the icon of the Aussie Rules Live app:

And this is their redesigned graphic featured on the front page of the App Store:

(So the "Aussie Rules Live" is the Title Treatment & everything else is the "Background Image")

There are two files that need to be created following these specifications:

Title Treatment (text="Travel Health")
The title treatment for the application should be simple and easy to read when scaled down to a small size. Please limit tag or bylines if they are not legible at small scale.
Vector .eps, .ai or minimum 600 x 600 px transparent .psd or .tif

Background Image
The background image, texture, color or gradient should correspond to the application or complement the title treatment. It may include elements of the application itself, but should not be or include screenshots.
900 x 530 px layered .psd

simple, clean, uncluttered
professional looking font
relevant elements: travel, traveller, health, world, medicine

DON'T WANTS
anything cartoony
red cross on a white background
clipart
stock/photo elements
