we operate a collection of hotels in Brooklyn, NY. we have an unique marketing opportunity and are looking for some design help. http://www.staybrooklyn.com
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
we have the opportunity to display an advertisement on a 20 foot by 60 foot billboard with an audience of 1 million cars per month. it is in front of a major tunnel into Manhattan from Brooklyn.
we are looking for creative, simple and funny billboard designs. we are not looking for over the top designs with much imagery. it should be relatively simple.
we own the domain, http://www.staybrooklyn.com. we would like to direct the traffic to this website. the idea is to make the website address memorable perhaps with a funny saying/design, etc.
apartments in NYC in general are small so when people have visitors, they usually have to give up their space or put family/friends in hotels. so there could be a funny play on that notion. eg. "in-laws visiting?...stay local..stay brooklyn."
looking for any and ALL creative designs. remember...something that will stick and people will remember the domain name.
will give ample feedback as designs flow thru.
be creative. funny. "color outside the lines". remember billboard. has to capture the audience in 10-15 seconds.
