craigslist template for real estate broker

I need a template design where I can toss in some photos, some text, some links to my web page etc, and it has to work on craigslist given their constraints

I need a template page that I can reuse for different listings. One listing per page is fine. I want to be able to insert either 1 or 5 photos (1 large, 4 small).

Branding should follow my business card example:

Use browns and oranges and should represent me, a young urban realtor in a downtown big city. Maybe even a graphic of some sort of the Toronto skyline?

- colour scheme should match business card (brown/white/orange)
- must list coldwell banker terrequity realty as the brand but don't use the coldwell banker logo (it's blue, doesn't quite work)
- if i can also use this to fit a letter sized flyer, awesome
- my direct number cannot be of a bigger font size than the office number (law requirement)

- no photos of me
- provide a way to link to a website that i will input target for
- please don't put my mobile number online. use "direct: 416 495 3852" in its place
- no need to use "www." in front of my web address
- my tagline from my business card has changed from "Young. Urban. Professional." to "simplifying real estate"
