Be My Designer: Re-design needed for a Start-up Web Widget Site

We are an internet startup looking to redesign our site before launch. It is a site specializing in web widgets, primarily in Flash, HTML and JavaScript.

Tech-oriented crowd.

We are looking to redesign the broad layout of the site such as the background colors, the buttons etc. We also have three extra pages which we would like created for us as well, in addition to the home page redesign. The overall design should be nice and crisp, but nothing too elegant or complicated - we do not want to come across as being fancy. We want the feel of the site to be modern, chic yet user-friendly. The typeface should be clear, simple and bold. We want something that stands out.

Please submit your designs! As mentioned we have three extra pages which we would like designed for us. They should of course conform to the design of the home page.

Other points to note:

1) Please do not use any clipart that might cause a copyright issue.

2) The winning designer will continue to work with us on banners and general promo designs etc on an agreed rate.

3) No coding necessary but we expect a logo for our brand as well as a design for the front page as well as the three other text pages.
