My company is running a full page advertisement in a national magazine, and need a designer to create a full page ad describing our company and services, while at the same time prompting the reader to contact for more details and to inquire about purchasing our product. We have attached the magazines artwork guidelines and a few sample ads from similar companies that will be running ads in the same issue. We want to make our ad standout from the other investment companies and prompt readers to contact us first for their real estate investment purchases! I hate our website design, so don't use anydesign elements from it (this will most likely be a new 99designs project soon). Our logo files are attached as well. We have also provide you with attached materials that have information regarding the key points we would like to incorporate. The main topics we would like incorporated are our turnkey process, the benefits of working with us and investing in our market, and also prompt them to inquire about our private lending program. Other than this, the designer is free to create a great looking page design/layout! This advertisement will be used in future advertisements, so we are looking for it to be versatile enough to be used in multiple ongoing print and online media sources. I hate to say this, but we are under a rather short time frame to meet the deadline to have our page designed and submitted back to the publisher, so time is of the essence.
