What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Accounting & Financial
The app provides content and services to our clients for multiple financial products and services. It is similar to any "Banking App" but with additional products. The areas we would like to focus on are "My Products" and "Life Event"
The 'My Products' experience brings together all of a client's products, services and life events and provides a summary of details for the products that the client is currently using.
The 'Life Event' experience brings together the relevant products, services, utilities and advice for a specific life event such as buying a car or buying a house.
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the app?
We would like a design that is people-focused (be approachable and welcoming and listen to our clients), modern (bold and innovative), simple (clear and uncomplicated, take the most direct path) and high-performance (experienced and self-assured, dedicated and dynamic). We want to bring together both beauty and utility.
1. From the Welcome Screen, users can learn about products or services or sign-in.
2. Once they are signed-in, they access the "My Products" experience. Here they can see a view of their products and some summary data. They can increase the visibility of their favorite products with a bookmark. Relevant "Life Events" are presented based on their profile. Other actions include seeing your transaction history and quickly accessing commonly used utilities. A relevent account message can be displayed on that page.
3. When they select a "Life Event", they are presented with relevant information, advice, products and utilities to help them prepare for or live through the life event. If they have already started using some of the products, summary data is provided. Selecting any product brings the user to a product detail experience.
What to avoid
This is a competitive industry, so we are looking to stand out and embrace the next wave of mobile user experience. Looking too much like other "Banking Apps" is to be avoided.
