K5063 got their new app design by running a design contest:
Create an iPad app design for Project Management

Our app helps a project manager build a project plan: Tasks , resources and timelines. The idea of the app is to give you a "Plan in a page", a way of looking at all the people, tasks and time required to get the job done. Ideally it would highlight for you the projects that are in trouble if they're running late or over budget. We need to be able to add tasks and resources and tweak the project timeline.
Would love to keep an organic look and feel with the app. Make it look like a consultants desk. Use paper textures, dropshadows etc.
We are looking for a talented designer to help design an iPad app that makes it easy to mix and match tasks, resources and timelines. There are quite a few ways to approach a project management app. Hoping for some innovative concepts and designs. We have posted a couple of wireframes to help you get the creative juices flowing but you aren't required to stick to these if you have a better idea. The two Project Management png files should be a good place to start.
