dglass got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Update 100-year-old logo of world-renowned charity
Check out dglass's Logo design contest…
We are a Catholic religious order engaged in charity work in the United States and Latin America.
Our current logo is nearly 100 years old––and looks its age! We're after a new logo that will play well on all digital contexts (especially the web and social media) while keeping the important elements of our current logo. People who are familiar with our current logo should recognize the new logo as being an "update" or "successor"––not something totally new. Your design should preserve the important elements of our logo: the dove, the triangle, and the sun. These elements are very important to us, so please do not be too abstract with the way you incorporate these elements in your design. But please, use your creativity! We would like a version with a wordmark, probably appearing to the right of the logo (if you have a better idea for where to place the wordmark, please use your creative judgment). You should make two versions of the wordmark: one reading "Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity" and one reading "MSBT." Use your creativity, but please do not be too abstract or go for too much of a "tech feel." Our audience is conservative; our logo shouldn't be too hip. Included files: PNG, EPS, AI versions of our current logo. Our website: http://msbt.org

Sasha was amazing to work with and offered a very unique design to shape our brand identity. She was very easy to work with, creative and quick to respond to any comments and changes and offered many options and solutions. I highly recommend her.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
