Who are you known as?

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are looking for a Conference logo that captures the theme of sports. Our conference (while discussing software) will incorporate different sports themes throughout the day - teamwork, rules, championships, leadership, winning, etc.
While we want to incorporate our branding (please see attached for a reference), we do not want a complete replicate of this logo. We want the logo to depict sporting related events / achievements - ie. olympics, gold medal, team, sporting equipment, etc.
