Simple Logo For "Deal Of The Week" Site

What we're looking for is a logo for our site,
"IMDealOfTheWeek.com"

We require 3 versions of it in varying widths. One large - 600 pixels, a
medium - 400 pixels and a small - 200 pixels.

We require the end result in both PSD and PNG formats.

We also need the logo sitting on an HTML page with a background of the same colour as this site: http://www.commissionblueprintjv.com

The first line of text is "Tim & Steve's" and the second line
is "Deal Of The Week" but we want a "string" tied onto the "s"
of "Steve's" wiggling under those words to a "special offer" or
"reduction" type of tag or like a luggage tag with the "IM" in it
and that tag must swing down so it's infront of the "Deal..."
text so the whole name becomes "Tim & Steve's IM Deal Of The Week".

The tag is to be red, the background of the image should be
the same blue colour as mentioned above and the text should be
silver in appearence and in the same font as the "commission
bluepirnt v2.0" text on that site URL given earlier.

The "Tim and Steve's" text should slightly in italics and a different color... any ideas welcome.. difficult to visualize without seeing it.
