Allmenus.com and Campusfood.com are the nation’s leading network of local online ordering restaurants. We create customize and maintain restaurants interactive menus and then market to customers to drive restaurants orders. We operate 24/7/365 live customer service to support our growing network of restaurants with tens of thousands of orders on a daily basis. We recently developed an automated phone system that allows partner restaurants to make basic operational changes to their online restaurant’s website in real time instead of speaking to a live operator (and maybe waiting on hold). Basic changes they can make include closing their restaurant (to stop receiving orders), changing their delivery status or estimated delivery time. All changes update in real time on the front end of both of our websites, essentially representing their restaurants current live status. The ARCH logo will help communicate this new program to all of our partner restaurants and make it feel real. We are looking to push a high adoption rate to lower call volume while still providing quality customer service. We want restaurants to have confidence in ARCH as a tool they want to use on a daily basis.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Reach is nationwide to existing and new restaurant clients. Covers local but also many national franchise restaurant chains. Target audience is restaurant owners and their staff (managers, counter staff, delivery drivers). Most are self starter, independent business owners. Many different ethnicities based on restaurant cuisine types. In many cases language barriers exist. They are smart and willing to try new things if they make sense. Convenience is key.
