My target audience will be Mothers of teenage daughters. Upper middle class women in their 40's to 50's who have been struggling with their daughters and have neglected themselves. They used to have fun lives and be active. They are bright intelligent and spiritual. They have the capacity to change the world if they stop fighting with their daughters
