Data Group is a Marks Paneth internal committee charged with improving the technology aspect of one of the firm’s core service lines, resulting in a major enhancement to the servicing of our clients. This forward-thinking group initiative will greatly enhance the Marks Paneth brand in this area. The image should convey new technology within a professional service firm. So very professional look and feel, but tech-oriented. Think efficient and effective, resulting in improved service to help clients’ businesses.
The logo will be used internally to represent the Marks Paneth employees within this group. The employees are young, tech savvy and want to feel they are part of a something new.
The primary purpose of the logo is to convey a forward-thinking approach to servicing clients, and to excite the staff about this new initiative.
The Marks Paneth name is the lead brand whereas the Data Group is positioned as an enhancement to the brand. The Marks Paneth name should be foremost and the Data Group secondary. There needs to be a clear connection between the Marks Paneth logo and this new logo so that the two logos can be presented together and look cohesive. Note, we are not changing the Marks Paneth logo.
