brooksaj got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Made Grocery, New Orleans, LA (and beyond)

We are a MODERN MOM & POP combination grocery/deli. We sell (mostly) local, sustainably produced items and our shelves are also stocked with beer, wine, and liquor. Our kitchen serves soups, sandwiches and salads made to order and also PREPARED FOODS we stock daily in a refrigerated case. We will be adding a delivery component in the coming months so the insulated bags will highlight the logo (or some version of the logo). We are located at 8201 Oak Street in New Orleans (currently Simone's Market), so I would also like something that is going to stand out in terms of exterior signage.
Other color requirements
We are looking to use colors associated with the Vieux Carre (french quarter) color pallet from Sherwin WIlliams. Also, check out the image of the mural we just put on our wall... Also, we are looking to include Caribbean "ticking" stripes as a component of the design. Colors include: French Market Blue, Toulouse Cream, Barracks Gray, St. Louis St. Peach, Royal Orleans Gold.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
